Personal account settings — independent of any workspace — live under Account Settings.

Multi-factor authentication (MFA)

Protect your account with authenticator-app (TOTP) factors:

• Add up to 10 authenticators — for example, one per device or password manager.
• Once at least one factor is enrolled, sign-in prompts for a 6-digit code after your password.
• Remove factors you no longer use from the same page; losing all enrolled devices means losing access to codes, so keep at least two where practical.

Backup codes

When MFA is enabled, generate backup codes for account recovery:

• Each code can be used once to sign in
• Codes are shown only once at generation
• Store them securely (e.g., password manager or printed)

Account deletion

You can permanently delete your account from this page. Deletion is confirmed with an emailed code.

Warning: Account deletion is permanent and removes:

• All workspaces you belong to
• All feedback and messages
• All project data

After deletion, your email address is removed from SupDesk’s systems and cannot be reused to recover an account.
