Notifications

Control how each member is notified about a project’s activity, per project.

• Feedback notifications: new posts can notify you immediately, in a daily digest, or not at all.
• Message notifications: the same three modes apply to new customer messages.
• Digest hour: daily digests are sent at the hour you choose.

Settings are personal — each member configures their own preferences under the project’s Notifications page.

Feedback notifications

Choose how you’re notified about new posts:

• Immediately — receive an email as soon as a new post is submitted
• Daily digest — one email per day summarizing all new posts
• None — no notifications (you can still check the board manually)

Message notifications

The same three modes apply to new customer messages:

• Immediately — email when a customer sends a new message
• Daily digest — one email with all new messages
• None — no email notifications

Digest hour

When daily digests are enabled, you can choose the hour they’re sent (0-23, 24-hour format). The digest includes all feedback posts and messages received since the last digest.
