Projects

A project represents one product you collect feedback for. Each project gets its own public portal, feedback board, changelog, message inbox, customer list, and API keys.

Create projects from the Projects page. Your plan sets how many you can have (Free: 1, Pro: 3, Team: unlimited).
Opening a project reveals the project navigation: feedback board, changelog, messages, customers, notifications, and settings.

Creating a project

From the Projects page, click New Project
Enter a name (this becomes the portal title)
Optionally add a slug for the portal URL (defaults to the name)
Click Create

The project is created immediately with:

A public feedback portal (accessible at project.supdesk.app)
An empty feedback board
A changelog page
A message inbox
An API key (visible once)

Project settings

Each project has its own settings page where you can:

Upload a logo for the portal
Set a primary brand color
Configure custom domains
Enable/disable attachments
Enable Turnstile spam protection

Deleting a project

Project deletion is permanent:

Go to Project Settings
Scroll to Delete Project
Enter the project name to confirm
Click Delete permanently

All feedback, customers, messages, and changelog entries are removed. This action cannot be undone.
