Feedback Board
The feedback board is a project’s triage surface: every post your users submit — bugs, feature requests, and general feedback — in one pipeline.
The feedback board can be turned off per project — see Project Settings.
- Statuses: posts move through Open → Planned → In progress → Done. Status changes are visible to users on the portal.
- Votes and comments: vote counts surface demand; comments hold the conversation. Team replies appear alongside end-user comments.
- Filtering: narrow the board by type (
bug, feature, feedback) and status. - Attachments: posts can carry file attachments (size limits depend on your plan).
