Console GuideFeedback Board

Feedback Board

The feedback board is a project’s triage surface: every post your users submit — bugs, feature requests, and general feedback — in one pipeline.

The feedback board can be turned off per project — see Project Settings.

  • Statuses: posts move through Open → Planned → In progress → Done. Status changes are visible to users on the portal.
  • Votes and comments: vote counts surface demand; comments hold the conversation. Team replies appear alongside end-user comments.
  • Filtering: narrow the board by type (bug, feature, feedback) and status.
  • Attachments: posts can carry file attachments (size limits depend on your plan).

Triage workflow

Move posts through the pipeline to track progress:

  1. Open — newly submitted, needs review
  2. Planned — approved for future work
  3. In progress — actively being worked on
  4. Done — completed and shipped

Status changes

  • Click any post’s status chip to change it
  • Status changes are visible to users on the portal
  • Transition to Done when the issue is resolved in your product

Bulk operations

  • Select multiple posts using checkboxes
  • Use the Actions menu to change status on all selected posts
  • Bulk status changes help process large volumes of feedback

Comment threading

  • Reply to posts directly in the comments thread
  • Team replies are highlighted with a badge
  • End-user comments appear below, newest first
  • Use comments to ask clarifying questions or provide updates

Voting

  • Vote counts help prioritize — posts with more votes are typically addressed first
  • Users can vote once per post
  • Reset vote counts if you need fresh data
