Workspace Settings

Workspace-wide administration lives under Settings and is organized into subpages.

Members and roles

Invite teammates by email. Roles: owner (one per workspace, full control including billing and member management), admin (manage projects and settings), member (day-to-day triage and replies). Your plan includes a number of seats (Free: 1, Pro: 2, Team: 5); extra seats are billed per member under Billing.

Inviting members

  1. Enter their email address in the Invite Member form
  2. Select their role (owner requires existing owner approval)
  3. Send the invitation
  4. They receive an email with an accept link

Resending invitations

Pending invitations can be resent from the Members page.

Removing members

Remove a member from the Members page. Their access is revoked immediately.

API Keys

Create and revoke keys for the REST API. Keys are scoped to a single project and shown once at creation.

Creating a key

  1. Click New Key
  2. Select the project the key will access
  3. Add a descriptive name (e.g., “CI/CD integration”)
  4. Copy the key immediately — it’s hidden after navigation

Key security

Treat API keys like passwords. They have full access to your project’s data. If a key is compromised, revoke it immediately from this page.

Billing

Manage your plan, payment method, invoices, and add-ons:

  • Change plan — upgrade or downgrade between Free, Pro, and Team
  • Payment method — update credit card or bank account
  • Invoices — view and download past invoices
  • Add-ons — submission overage, storage bundles

Seat management

Your plan includes a set number of seats. The Members page shows current usage. Inviting additional members beyond your seat limit requires upgrading your plan.

Subscription overage

Enable submission overage to accept traffic spikes above your monthly cap. Submissions are billed per unit instead of being rejected. Track overage usage under Usage.

Usage

Track your monthly consumption against plan limits:

  • Submissions — how many posts have been created
  • Storage — R2 bytes used for attachments
  • Changelog emails — how many announcement emails were sent

Usage resets at the start of each billing period.

Projects

Rename or delete projects across the workspace. Project deletion is permanent and removes all associated feedback, customers, messages, and changelog entries.
