Every public post on the portal can be voted and commented on.

Voting

• One vote per user per post — users can change their vote at any time
• Vote counts surface demand — your team sees counts on the console feedback board
• Prioritization — posts with higher votes typically get attention first
• No account required — voting works with just an email address

How it works

1. Click the Thumbs up icon on any post
2. The icon fills and the count increments
3. Click again to remove your vote
4. Vote counts appear next to each post

Comments

• Threaded discussion — comments appear below the post, newest first
• Team replies are highlighted with a badge showing your project name
• Email notifications — users can opt to receive comment notifications
• No account required — just enter your email when submitting

Comment etiquette

• Be respectful and constructive
• Use comments to ask questions or provide updates
• Team members may reply directly in the thread
• Comments are moderated by your team (closed posts hide new comments)
